It’s not possible to be all things to all people, as much as we may like to be, so we must rely on our network of trusted providers.
We all want to take care of our cherished clients. Within the Mundial Consulting Network, knowledge and authenticity are two of our core values. We want to know that when an introduction from our clients to a new provider is made, it is made with confidence. We want to know that the network provider shares the same core values and uses the same care and concern we show our clients. Where we leave off, they must pick up.
The best way to make that happen is to see that the people we network with also have the hearts of a teacher. In Proverbs it says “When there is no counsel the people fall, but in the counsel of many there is safety.” When a client within our network is introduced to another network provider, there should be a sense of confidence that isn’t second-guessed. Even though not legally bound, the Mundial Consulting Network providers work as one team to service and educate the same client in a cooperative manner.
We coordinate monthly networking events to keep us all updated on the latest market trends. We also use this time to enhance our levels of familiarity with one another. Our goal is to keep our clients within our network and have high levels of accountability to both the client and each other. We are always open to candidates joining us and encourage several of the same industry types to be with us as we feel this kind of environment can produce the greatest results for the end user.
